An eyewitness to the court:

Sır It was 9:30am. There was noise from the apartment. I didn't care at first. Black friends staying upstairs were always making noise. When the sound continued on the street, I looked out onto the balcony. I saw 3-4 people speaking in the Cypriot dialect and trying to force the young black man into the car. 'Help' he was screaming for help. He managed to escape. Then he fell to the ground, took a few bumps on the floor. 3-4 people hit him with their foot a few times. The street was dark, I couldn't see who they were. They were all men and spoke with the Cypriot accent. One of them was wearing white trousers. Then the young man's voice was cut off, he fainted if I was not mistaken. They put the young man in the car. I couldn't see the color of the car, but I got the license plate because the lights were on. The plate was GU 042.
