24-Year-old man loses life in accident along Lefkosa-Girne high way

A 24-year-old man who was seriously injured in a traffic accident on the Lefkosa - Girne high on Wednesday has lost his life.

4 people were injured in the accident that happened at about 9:40, on  Wednesday. They were taken to the Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Lefkosa.

Despite all efforts by medics to save his life, Hilmi Çelebioğlu, succumbed to his injuries. 

Another victim, Sercan Hallaç who was also injured in the accident is still in intensive care unit, while two others, Yasin ER and Sahin Cute are under observation in the emergency department. 

Police are investigating the case.
