House on fire in Lefkosa terminal (photos)
Fire broke out in a house in Lefkosa Terminal district early Thursday morning injuring one person.
The which started in the early hours of Thursday morning touched both floors of the two storey building.
According to report, the fire spread quickly to other parts of the building few minutes after it started.
Fire fighters arrived the venue quickly and helped rescued the occupants of the building as they put the fire under control.
A child was injured in the incident while trying to escape through the window.
Other nearby houses were slightly affected by the heat from the fire.
The injured child and two other women affected by the smoke were taken to the hospital.
