Man catch and tied up intruder at his home in Lefkosa

A resident of Lefkosa, on Sunday night, tied up an intruder after catching him red handed trespassing into the garden of his house.

The man who owns a restaurant in Lefkosa called the police after tying up the intruder.

According to a post he shared on social media, the man said his wife alerted him at about 10:30pm on Sunday when she noticed someone wandering in the garden at the backyard of the house and wanted to enter the house. He found him trying to open the kitchen door. 

The intruder then tried to jump into a neighbor's garden when he turned on the garden lights.

He then then took advantage of the situation and pounced on him. He tied up the intruder by taping his hands and feet while seated on a chair.

He discovered that the intruder was from Turkmenistan who had little or no knowledge of Turkish language and wore shoe in only one leg. 

He called on anyone who might know him to ask him what he was doing in his garden.

He said police showed up 15 mins later and took him away.
