New terminal at Ercan airport near completion

The new terminal at the Ercan airport, in north Cyprus, some six times bigger than the existing one now reaching completion, will have capacity for up to 10 million travellers annually.

The new terminal at an expanding Ercan airport, which it is hoped will open this year.

THE new terminal now reaching completion at Ercan airport, some six times bigger than the existing one, will have capacity for up to 10 million travellers annually and runways big enough for even the biggest commercial planes, the A380 and Boeing 747 – making it a world class hub, say those behind the 300-million-euro project.
