18-year-old shot friend in the head in Yeşilyurt while cleaning his father's gun
An 18-year-old boy accidentally shot his 15-year-old friend in the head, while cleaning his father's gun in Yeşilyurt district in North Cyprus.
The incident happened in the neighborhood of Turgut Ozal, Yeşilyurt on Saturday.
The 18-year-old was with his 15-year-old friend in the company of his grandfather outside their building cleaning the gun when he accidentally fired the gun injuring his friend in the process.
The injured boy sustained serious wounds and was taken to a Training and Research Hospital with the help of his friends.
Investigation is in progress.
