9 injured in face-to-face collision in Turkmenkoy, north Cyprus

At least nine people were injured as a result of a face-to-face collision between two vehicles in Dortyol, Turkmenkoy, north Cyprus on Thursday.

The incident happened at about 3:30 pm on Thursday in the route between Dortyol and Turkmenkoy roundabout.

A car driven by an 80-year-old reportedly collided head on with a car driven by a 38-year-old.

Nine occupants of both vehicles were injured in the accident. They were taken to the Famagusta State Hospital for treatment.
