Temperatures to edge down over weekend
The warm air mass around Cyprus will gradually recede over the
weekend, while dust will clear from the atmosphere on Saturday.
Temperatures will edged down on Saturday, more noticeably inland and
in the mountains, but remain above average for the time of year.
Temperatures will be about 36C inland, around 31 C on the east coast, around 30 C on the south coast, around 30 C on remaining coasts and around 28 C in the mountains.
On Sunday, and Monday the weather will be mainly fine with some intervals of increased higher cloud.
No significant change is expected on Sunday while temperatures will rise again on Monday.
