Two fisher men catches two sharks in Famagusta sea!

Two mud sharks were found and caught by Turkish Cypriot fishermen off the coast of Famagusta on Monday. 

According to Turkish Cypriot media the dogfish which are considered to be carnivorous were caught 1km off the coast of Famagusta.

Reports suggest that one of the sharks was 1.2 meters long. The photos are are currently making the rounds on social media.

Dogfish sharks are found mostly in shallow waters and further offshore in most parts of the world, especially in temperate waters. They are commonly found at depths of around 50–149 m.
