Prisoner in Lefkosa prison found to be suffering from AIDS for 5 years

A prisoner who has been in a Lefkosa prison since 2018 has been found to have AIDs for five years. 

Information about his health situation was discovered randomly on Wednesday, June, 12 by prison staff.

The prisoner has been suffering from AIDS for 5 years without the knowledge of anyone prison.

The prisoner is also said to be suffering from hepatitis.
