8 People detained for living in the TRNC illegally
At least 8 people residing in the TRNC illegally were identified and arrested in an operation by the Turkish Cypriot police in several parts of the country over the weekend.
They
were identified and arrested between the hour of 9:00pm on Saturday, July, 13 and 1:00am on Sunday, July, 14.
Four of them were arrested in Lefkosa, three in Famagusta, one in Güzelyurt.
The operation within the scope of riding the society of crime continue until September.
***We urge all those without a resident permit to apply with the immigration. Those who are currently not registered with any university in the island can do so now (contact us on olomoinfo@gmail.com) for application. Meanwhile, make sure to stay out of trouble and be law abiding.
