Man steals roommates money in Girne to gamble
A man has been arrested and detained for stealing his roommate's money and spending it on gambling.
The accused only identified as M.C.C reportedly stole 3,100 TL and 200 USD cash belonging to his roommate from their apartment in Kyrenia.
The accused was arrested on Friday, August, 9 and brought to court on Saturday, August, 10.
The accused confessed to the crime and told police that he spent the money in the casino.
The accused was given a three day detention order for more investigation to be carried out on the matter.
