North Cyprus tells it's citizens in Iran to find their back home after Turkey cancels all flights to ad from Iran

As the coronavirus outbreak continues to spread around the world, the death toll from the virus is growing.

The TRNC Foreign Ministry last week issued a statement concerning TRNC citizens residing in Iran where the death toll has reached 92.

The statement said that the flights between Turkey and Iran have been temporarily suspended as part of precautionary measures taken in response to the coronavirus, and that TRNC citizens who want to return to the island will have to do so via Turkey and by travelling on land.

Citizens can either travel to Turkey with their own means or can apply to the Turkish Embassy in Tehran, and consulates in Urumieh, Tabriz or Meshed to be transported by buses.
