Rihanna donates personal protective equipment to aid in coronavirus fight

Rihanna's name was also included in a list of donors published on Governor Cuomo's official website.

The list included corporations that have given face masks, hand sanitizer, mattresses and linens for field hospitals, as well as luxury hotels that are providing free accommodation for those working on the frontlines of the coronavirus outbreak in New York.

She already announced she was donating $5 million through her Clare Lionel Foundation to nonprofit organizations working to support 'frontline health workers and marginalized communities' during the coronavirus pandemic.

And on Thursday, it was revealed Rihanna has also donated Personal Protective Equipment supplies to the state of New York where the large number of COVID-19 cases is putting enormous pressure on hospitals and medical professionals.
