Cyprus Weather Today: Thursday will be mainly fine, isolated rain expected

A relatively warm mass that is affecting the area will gradually recede from today but there will be dust in the atmosphere at intervals until Friday.

Thursday will be mainly fine, with increased cloud at intervals, but clouds that are expected to develop in the afternoon may lead to isolated rain or thunderstorms in the mountains and inland.

Temperatures will rise to 30 C inland, around 23 C on the coast and around 21 C in the mountains.
Tonight will be mainly fine, while later in the west there will be local, increased cloud.

At night, temperatures will fall to 13 C inland, around 11 C on the north coasts, around 14 C on the remaining coasts and around 8 C in the mountains.

Temperatures, particularly inland and the mountains, will edge down gradually to close to the seasonal average.

Friday will be partly cloudy and at intervals cloudy, mainly with medium and high cloud that may lead to local, light showers or thunderstorms in the mountains and inland.

On Saturday, there will be intervals of mainly fine weather and intervals of cloud with local showers and isolated thunderstorms inland, the mountains and the east and south east coasts.

Thunderstorms may be accompanied with hail.

Temperatures will remain at the same levels.
