Student found dead in a dormitory in Gemikonağı, Lefke
A 35-year-old student was found dead in a student dormitory in Gemikonağı, Lefke on Wednesday.
The student identified as Muwana Liamu Ndulubila, who was living in AYMU dormitory in Gemikonağı, was found dead in his room by his friends at around 9:30am on Wednesday.
They said they hadn't heard from Ndulubila for 4 days and decided to enter his room through the window when they found him dead.
They reported the incident to the police.
According to police report, initial examination of Ndulubila’s body did not show any signs of assault.
Report say the deceased who is a student at the European University of Lefke, may have died 3-4 days ago.
Police said an autopsy will be carried out to determine the exact cause of death.
The police investigation continues.
