One new case of coronavirs reported in north Cyprus on Monday

One new case of coronavirus was reported in northern Cyprus on Monday, taking the total number of cases there to 116.

TRNC Minister of Health Ali Pilli made the announcement on Monday. Pilli said 1,080 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours with one positive case detected.

The case is a Turkish man who came to the island by air on Sunday. He's currently receiving treatment at the Burhan Nalbantoğlu state hospital in Lefkosa.
