Scheduled flights from Turkey to North Cyprus increased by 4

Scheduled flights from Turkey to North Cyprus which were limited to just two flights a day since July, 1 has been increased by 4 flights per day.

Flights to the TRNC from Turkey resumed on July, 1, three months after it was shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

As at July, 1, only two flights were allowed into the TRNC per day.

From Wednesday, July 15, scheduled flights from Turkey to Ercan Airport in north Cyprus will now increase to 6 per day with the addition of four more flights.

The TRNC Civil Aviation Department Manager, Mustafa Sofi, who gave information about the flights to Turkish Cypriot daily, YENİDÜZEN on Monday, stated that plane arriving from Wednesday will make at least four flights a day.
