TRNC appoints new Police Chief, induction ceremony (pictures)
New TRNC Police Chief and his assistant appointed
On a fruitful event at Lefkosa Police headquarters on Tuesday 30 June , Mr Ahmet Soyalan was installed as the as the General of the police department in the country.
Mr Hussein Sagiroglu was appointed as the assistant Police Chief
The induction ceremony was attended by President Mustafa Akinci and the the Prime minister of the country Mr Ersin Tatar together with other members of his council of ministers.
The newly appointed generals began their new duties on 1st of July.
