Two new cases of covid-19 reported in Northern Cyprus

Two new cases of covid-19 were reported in Northern Cyprus on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases there to 144.

TRNC Minister of Health Ali Pilli in an announcement on Thursday said 2 new cases were detected out of 1,081 tests carried out in the last 24 hours.

The two cases came to the TRNC by air.

They have started receiving treatment at the State Hospital Quarantine Service in Lefkosa and their contacts traced.

He said 3 people who have completed treatment were discharged too.
