Man dies after being electrocuted at a work place in Famagusta
A 33-year-old man has died from work accident at the Famagusta Industrial Zone.
The incident happened at about 4:30pm on Wednesday in a workplace operating at the Famagusta Industrial Zone.
According to report, the victim, Levent Kantarcı, 33 was caught in an electric current while connecting electric cables.
The victim was rushed to the Famagusta State Hospital where he lost his life, despite all medical interventions.
Five people were arrested in connection with the incident.
Investigation into the incident continues.
