Lefkosa Turk Municipality to rotate water distribution, want residents to be cautious in use of water

The Lefkosa Turk Belegesi (Municipality) has announced that it will from Wednesday rotate water distribution in the region.

In a statement made by the Municipality on Tuesday, it said the rotation of water distribution will start on September 9.

The statement reads; 

Due to the decrease in the amount of water that the TRNC Water Works Department will give to our city, we will begin distributing water randomly beginning from Wednesday, September 9. It is of great importance for our citizens to use water consciously, not to wash cars and pavements, and not to use water except for basic needs so that they do not experience water shortage in this process.
