Yellow weather alert for extremely high temperatures on Thursday night

The Cyprus Met office on Thursday issued a yellow weather alert for extremely high temperatures on Thursday night with temperatures set to reach a minimum of 26°C inland.

The alert is in effect from 10:00 pm Thursday night to 6:00am Friday morning.

 The weather will be mainly fine with temperatures set to rise to a minimum of 26°C in the south and east coasts, and 25°C in the mountains.
