Cyprus Weather Update: Rain rain rain expected this week as temperatures drops

A low pressure system is gradually affecting the area, as rain is expected over the next few days, with temperatures near the seasonal average.

Monday might bring showers in the afternoon, mainly inland and on the mountains as temperatures will gradually be drop to the seasonal average with Tuesday seeing showers or isolated storms. 

Winds started out light variable force three and will later turn light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly, force three to four and moderate force four over slight seas.

Temperatures will rise to 27 degrees Celsius inland, 25 in western coastal areas, 26 in the rest of the coastal regions and 19 on the mountains.

At night, temperatures will drop to 15 degrees inland.

Tuesday will see a further drop in temperature even below that average.
