Student stabs another student in the chest in Famagusta

One of two foreign students who were involved in a bloodied fight in Famagusta was arrested and detained by the police.

The fight between the two happened in the Karakesliler region of Famagusta on Sunday.

One of them identified as Manh Dung Truing was seriously injured in the fight after he was stabbed in the chest with a knife.

He was rushed to Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Lefkosa where he was taken to the intensive care unit.

The other, a 29-year-old was arrested for assault.
