Car falls into pit close to Erülkü Supermarket

A vehicle fell into a ditch along the Lefkosa-Famagusta high way after colliding with another car.

The incident happened  at about 12:30pm on Sunday close to Erülkü Supermarket.

No one was injured in the accident.

The driver of the car, a 21-year-old who was driving towards Famagusta had tried to overtake another car in front of it carelessly while on the right lane of the road when he collided with the vehicle.

The vehicle left the road uncontrollably due to impact from the collision, crashed into the guardrails of Erülkü Supermarket and fell into a ditch, which is approximately 1.5 meters deep.
