Nigerian knock down by a bus in Girne (video)

A Nigerian man who was trying to cross the road in front of MNG Cargo in Kyrenia on Wednesday afternoon was knock down by a bus.

The bus driver is said to have speed off the scene after the incident.

The victim identified as Martins, was injured in the incident and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

Eyewitness said the bus reportedly ran over his head.

His friends who reached out to us said he is fine and responding to treatment.

The suspect driver was later arrested by the police and will face prosecution.
