Electricity of consumers owing more than 100TL will be discounted from March, 1

According to the new electricity tariff regime in the TRNC, owing more than 100 Turkish Lira in electricity bill will put you in darkness.

In a statement made by Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) manager, Gürcan Erdoğan on Monday, Kib-Tek has reduced the electricity cut-off limit for consumers from 470 TL to 100 TL. 

According to the new application, which will come into effect from Tuesday, March, 1, 2022; Electricity of consumers with electricity debt over 100 TL will be cut off.

The new application will be processed in April invoices.
