TRNC government start new era in electricity, stopped multi-tariff billing

With the decision of the TRNC Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette on Thursday, the multi-tariff application in electricity has been abolished.  

According to the decision, one-time tariff application will be implemented as of next month.  

At the same time, the 15% discount in the consumption amount applied in the housing tariff will be abolished with the new tariff.

On the other hand, the government did not determine new electricity tariffs in the Official Gazette, instead it published an empty tariff table.
