23-year injured in accident on the Girne-Lefkosa high way

A 23-year-old foreigner was injured in an accident on the Girne-Lefkosa high way on Friday morning.

The incident happened around 5:40am on Friday.

Police said the victim driving towards Lefkosa when he lost control of the vehicle close to the Bosphorus area of ​​the Girne Lefkosa high way and as result crashed into the steel barriers on the left side of the road.

He was injured in the accident and rushed to the Lefkosa State Hospital for medical attention.

Police said he was driving carelessly.
