Man who refused to refund whole money mistakenly transferred to his account arrested for stealing
The incident happened happened on Wednesday March, 16 in Lefkosa.
The suspect, 49, identified only as M.H is said to had received 5,000TL mistakenly transferred to his account by another person.
The suspected refunded 4,500TL to the owner and held on to 500TL, which led to his arrest.
He was accused of stealing for not returning the full amount to the owner.
