Apartment caretaker refuses to deliver rent to landlord

An apartment caretaker will face trial for not delivering the house rent he collected from the tenant to the landlord.

The suspect, identified only as AH, 46 collected 3-monthd rent from the tenant of an apartment and refused to deliver it to the owner.

He was arrested at the weekend.

Police said he stole 7,500Tl from the tenant in February, 2022. 

He will be tried in court for theft.
