Kib-Tek discount Presidential Palace electricity because of unpaid debt

Don't joke with Kib-tek, you owe, they cut you off, even if its the president's office.

Kib-Tek on Friday said it has discounted the Presidential Palace electricity because of unpaid debt owed to it.

This was made known by the head of the Electricity Workers Union (El-Sen) Kubilay Özkıraç who, said that the palace had had its power cut off because of outstanding debts owed to Kib-Tek.

Meanwhile, Kib-Tek said it has borrowed 50 million Turkish Lira in order to purchase fuel.

According to the report by Yeniduzen, the decision, which was taken by the Council of Ministers, was announced in the Official Gazette. 

It was stated that the Council of Ministers had:

Approved the purchase of an instalment loan of 50,000,000 TL (Fifty Million Turkish Liras) with a 24-month maturity and a government guarantee, with an annual interest rate of TLREF+10.00, from Capital Bank Ltd. for the borrowing from the institution for fuel supply”.
