There will be a 6-hour power cut across the TRNC on Friday night

The Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority Kib-Tek has announced that there will be a general power cut for 6 hours on Friday evening.

The statement by Kib-Tek stated that there will be a 1-hour alternate power interruption between 5:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday.

The power cuts across the TRNC is due to insufficient power generation.

***Please avoid the use of elevators during this period.
