Large amounts of drugs seized in three different operation, 4 people detained
About 80 grams of cannabis and 137 narcotic pills including cash were seized in a raid on three separate houses in Girne on Monday.

According to a police statement, the raid, tagged 'Rainbow Operation,' organized by the Narcotic Police Teams in Girne on Monday, May, 9, 2022, seized, 80 grams of cannabis (SKUNK) and 137 narcotic pills from three separate houses.
Four people, O.C.M, 27, C.C.A, 32, I.D.C, 24 and I.I, 28 who are believed to be connected with the incident were identified and arrested.
Police said a precision scale, a total of 24,765 TL, 130 STG and 100 EURO in cash were seized as evidence. Police said the cash is believed to have been obtained from the sale of drugs.
Police continues its investigation into the incident.
