Man on motorcyclist injured in an accident on the Lefkosa – Güzelyurt main road
The accident happened at around 1:00am on Thursday.
According to a police statement, a 26-year-old man was driving under the influence of 116 mg of alcohol when he drove into the back of a motorcycle which was moving in the same direction.
The motorcyclist, identified as Amir Khan, 31 was injured in the accident and taken to the Lefkosa State Hospital where he was kept under observation in the Neurosurgery department following treatment.
The driver of the car was arrested.
