Yellow warning for strong winds on Wednesday

The weather will be cool and very windy on Wednesday with partial sunshine.

A yellow warning for strong winds is in effect from 9:00am to 7:00pm on Wednesday.

These will be variable, westerly to northwesterly, strong to very strong, initially force 6 and reaching even 8 Beaufort.

The sea will be rough to very rough.

The temperature will rise to 16 C inland, 17 C in coastal areas and 5 C in the mountains.
