Jihadist recruiter killed French police couple and streams it live

France: A police officer has been stabbed to death outside his residential Paris home by a Frenchman who was once convicted of recruiting jihadi fighters, on Monday. The attacker also recorded the attack and posted it on Facebook Live, said a French officials.

Partner of the police commander and the attacker were found dead inside the home after a three hour long battle with the couple. The couple's three year old child who was in the house at the time of the incident was unharmed.
According to a police official; at one point in the video the attacker had pondered on what to do with the child.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack according to an unknown sources.
French President Francois Hollande in a statement said;

It was "incontestably a terrorist act" and that France faces a threat "of a very large scale."

The attacker has been identified as 25 year old Larossi Abbala. Two people have been arrested for their relationship with the attacker and detained on Tuesday said authorities, but non gave useful information about him.

Hollande held an emergency security meeting Tuesday. At the meeting, he said;

"France is not the only country concerned (by the terrorist threat), as we have seen, again, in the United States, in Orlando," he said.

Police officers said, Abbala was from the nearby town of Mantes-la-Jolie and was sentenced to three years in prison in 2013 for recruiting fighters for jihad in Pakistan.

A Facebook profile with the name Larossi Abbala, which disappeared from the internet early Tuesday showed a photo of a man smiling. In a message posted about 18 hours before the attack, Abbala said;

"Some will say we see evil everywhere!"
