Special announcement by NSS-EMU: How to obtain Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC) from Nigerian Embassy Ankara

The Nigerian embassy in Turkey is ready to issue "EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE" that will enable you travel to Nigeria, and then you can collect or renew your international passport.

REQUIREMENT TO OBTAIN EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE: 
Affected persons must complete the following requirements.

1. Old International Passport data page
2. Receipt of payment to Embassy account
3. Flight Ticket
4. Consent letter
5. Passport Photograph

In other to obtain this document, a US $50 equivalent MUST be paid into the Embassy account and this application should be made at least 10 working days before proposed date of travel.
