Eugene Iraye a.k.a Mr proper is a Nigerian artiste based in Cyprus and goes by the stage name Tizzer. Tizzer is an Afro sensational song writer and performer, mixing afro-fusion to form a unique sound. Tizzer is an independent artiste under his own label "Genius Mates Entertainment: which was founded in 2015 with the aim to have his work put together for listeners pleasure.

His last release DREAM EP ALBUM with songs like Arewa topped several playlists and gained lots of airplay across the across countries both in Africa and Europe.
