EMU staff found dead in his home in Famagusta
A staff of the East Mediterranean University has been found dead in his home in Famagusta on Friday morning following a brief illness.
The deceased identified as Fırat Çırak, 42 was found dead at about 8:00am this morning at his home located on Dershane Street.
According to police report, there was no sign of assault on him. The exact cause of his death will be determined by autopsy.
Çırak before his death served as Director of Revenue Capital at Eastern Mediterranean University.
He is said to have suddenly fall ill after suffering a heart condition for a while and lost his life.
Police are investigating the case.
