Have you done your Amnesty?

In a few days time, the Amnesty program introduced by the TRNC government on January, 1, 2019 for all foreigners living in the country illegally will end.

All those who are yet to get their amnesty for residing in the country illegally or without a resident permit for at least 6 months to up to six years have until Friday, March, 25 to apply.

* ARE YOU GRADUATED AND NOT REGISTERED STUDENT IN ANY UNIVERSITY? (All steps) 
* ARE YOU REGISTERED STUDENT IN A UNIVERSITY? (Steps 1i, 2, 3) 

-Step1 1. Be a registered student in a university.

1i. -Get a student certificate from your university. 

-Step2 1. Get Muhacarat report(entry-exit report) from the police station Requirements for Muhacarat report -Passport -17.50 stamp from the post office 

Step3 1. Get amnesty document from the ministry of interior in Lefkosa 

2. Requirements for amnesty document -Passport (old and new) -Current student certificate -19.50tl stamp (from the post office at the ministry of interior). -3100 tl payment 

NOTE: *If you didn't do your residence permit immediately you arrived North Cyprus, you'll have to get your first semester student letter(certificate) or transcript from your school. Anyway, I'd advise you have it with you.
