26-year-old student almost drown at Kyrenia sea
A 26-year-old student who went with friends to swim on Friday afternoon almost drowned in the sea of Grine.
The student was at the sea in Kervansaray region in Kyrenia with his friends to swim at about 3:15pm when he almost drowned due to excessive sea wind. .
He was rescued by his friends and resuscitated on the intervention of medical staff.
He was rushed to Akçiçek Hospital in Girne and then transferred to Lefkosa State Hospital.
He is still receiving treatment at the hospital.
