Man robbed by 3 people who gave him a lift in Famagusta

TRNC police are looking for 3 people who robbed a person they gave a lift to in Famagusta.

The incident happened in Famagusta on Wednesday when 3 people attacked the victim with a knife to his neck and stole his money.

The police stated that culprits gave a lift to the victim who was hitchhiking in Lefkosa to Famagusta, and carried out the robbery while in the vehicle.

The culprits left the victim on a street in the Karakol area at his own request after robbing him of his money.

It was learned that the 3 people involved in the robbery fled the scene by taking 300 USD and 400 TL money from the victim.

The police said they are investigating the incident.
