TRNC announces new winter electricity tariff starting on Sunday, November, 1

The North Cyprus Electricity Authority (Kib-Tek) has announced a new electricity billing for the winter period starting November, 1.  

According to a statement by Kıb-Tek, the new billing will be applied in the winter tariff starting from 1, November, 2020 - 31 May, 2021.  

The new billing are as follows: 

Weekdays

-Non-peak hours: (10:00pm-7:00am) -Billing: 0.6508 TL / kWh,   

-Normal hours: (7:00am-5:00pm) -Billing: 0.9873 TL / kWh.   

-Peak hours: (5:00pm-10:00pm) -Billing: 1,2908 TL / kWh.  

On weekends and holidays  

-Non-peak hours (12:00am-7:00am) -Billing: 0.6308 TL / kWh,   

-Normal hours (10:00pm-12:am) and (7:00am-5:00pm) -Billing: 0.9873 TL / kWh,   

-Peak hours: (5:00pm-10:00pm) -Billing: 1.2708 TL / kWh.
