The TRNC will vaccinate students who will come to the country in September

The TRNC will vaccinate students who will come to the country for studies in September, said Prime Minister, Ersan Saner. 

Saner made the statement during a televised program on Monday. 

We have begun administering third doses of the vaccine. In September we will begin face to face education and we will begin to vaccinate students who arrive from third world countries, said Saner.

Speaking on the developments taking place in regards to the pandemic in the TRNC, Saner said that the TRNC had managed the process very well.

He noted that the number of daily tests carried out in the country reached 20 thousand, and that as of Monday a total of 500 thousand doses of vaccines had been administered in the country.

He explained that 210 thousand people had received double doses of vaccine, and at the moment there is no problem of finding a vaccine in the country on the contrary people can choose which vaccine they want to receive.

He said the government will be adopting different measures in order to encourage people to get vaccinated adding that 75 percent of those who are currently hospitalized are those who have not been vaccinated.
