Some people reportedly abusing home quarantine application

There is this rumor going around that many people have started to abuse the home quarantine system by leaving the wrist band behind and going out of their home.

If this rumour is true, those behind it should be ashamed of their behavior. This is not about being smart but stupid. It took a big deal before the government approved home quarantine for people from dark red countries and now some miscreants are bent on destroying this gain. 

If this behavior continues, in no time, their actions might lead to the government cancelling the home quarantine for people from dark red countries and the innocent will suffer mostly for this.
