Applications for foreign nationals to purchase real estate can now be made online

The Immovable Property Unit of the Ministry of Interior has announced that, applications of foreign nationals to purchase immovable property from the country will now be accepted online.

According to the statement made by the Ministry of Interior on Monday, online applications can be made by foreign nationals themselves, their lawyers or the persons they have given power of attorney, by entering the official web page of the TRNC Ministry of Interior http://icisleri.gov.ct.tr and registering in the system.

In the statement, it was noted that within the framework of the Ministry's digital transformation program, it has been working with the aim of increasing efficiency and service quality in the public sector and ending long queues and adding new services to its digital service network.
