Regaip Kandil will be realized on Thursday evening

Regaip Kandil, which is the first Friday night of the month of Rajab, will be realized on Thursday evening.

Regaip Kandil, also known as the “Night of Wishes”, is one of the five blessed Kandil nights in Islam and marks the beginning of the Three Holy Months of Islam.”

As Islamic holidays began the night before, Regaip Kandil is celebrated on the Thursday night preceding the first Friday of the month of Rajab.

A special program will be realised at the Hala Sultan Mosque on Thursday evening and will be broadcast live on BRT 2 at 5.45pm.
