Frightening accident in Alsancak

At least one person was injured in an accident that happened in Alsancak on Friday night following a collision between two vehicles.

The accident happened at around 7:00pm on Friday on Karaoğlanoğlu Street in Alsancak when the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the accident carelessly crossed from his lane to the right lane and collided with a second vehicle that was also driving in the same direction.

Both vehicles skidded off the road and fell into a one meter deep ditch upon impact of collision. 

The driver of the second vehicle who was injured in the accident was rushed to the Kyrenia state hospital for treatment and was discharged afterwards.
